House cracks in Adelaide
Most Adelaide cracking is movement of the house on reactive clay, not a failing frame. That does not mean every crack can be ignored. The job is to separate cosmetic cracking from serviceability damage and from cracking that needs a structural opinion.
A building inspection is not the same document. If a buyer, builder, council, lawyer or insurer needs something they can hand on, book the inspection and report.
Letter or report

- Structural inspection and report — inspection plus a full written report. $1,295 inc GST for a standard metro house.
